Delete your account
This form works whether or not you can still sign in — including from the mobile app.
What gets deleted
Approving a request erases the account and everything derived from it:
- Your profile — email, name, avatar, and password.
- Every transaction, account, budget, category, goal, and investment.
- Statement imports and the parsed rows behind them.
- Your membership of any organization or team.
We keep one record after the fact: the request itself — the email address, the dates, and who actioned it — because we have to be able to show the request was honoured. Nothing else survives.
What happens next
- You submit this form. If the address matches an account, it is attached to the request automatically.
- We review it. Once approved the account is locked immediately, so nothing new is added to data that is on its way out.
- The data is erased within 30 days, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Before you go
Deletion cannot be undone, and we cannot restore an erased account. If you only want a copy of your data, or you shared a team workspace with someone who still needs it, email privacy@budgeterpro.com first — you can always come back to this page.
